I'm a freelance writer living in South East London, but it's not as bad as it's painted. I share a house with the internationally acclaimed John Cake and Darren Neave, and I spend far too much of my time drinking tea, listening to the soundtracks from John Waters' films and rattling away at my laptop.
My non-fiction scribblings have been published in women's writing magazine Mslexia, London-based music newspaper The Stool Pigeon, and a host of other places around the world wide web, including wonderful sites such as BitchBuzz and Lesbilicious.
My ongoing experimental fiction project, Aimee & Alicia alternates between being the love and bane of my life. My short story The End Of The World was included in the Mersey Minis anthology Longing, and in 2008 I came 2nd in the Time Out Writing Competition.
